FAQs
What is pure water window cleaning?
1
Pure water window cleaning uses highly filtered water that has had all minerals and impurities removed. The water is delivered through a telescopic pole with a soft brush, which cleans the glass and frames. As the water dries, it leaves no spots or streaks because it contains no dissolved minerals.
Why don't you use soap or chemicals?
2
Pure water cleans naturally by attracting dirt and rinsing it away. No detergents or chemicals are needed, making it an environmentally friendly cleaning method.
Will my windows be left wet?
3
Yes. Unlike traditional window cleaning, the windows are left to dry naturally. Because the water is purified, it dries clear without leaving marks or residue.
Do you clean window frames and sills?
4
Yes. Every clean includes the glass, frames, and sills as standard, helping your windows stay cleaner for longer.
Can you clean windows above a conservatory?
5
Yes. Our water-fed pole system allows us to safely clean hard-to-reach windows, including those above conservatories, extensions, and garages.
Do I need to be home?
6
Not usually. As long as we have safe access to your property and any gates are unlocked, we can complete the work while you're out. Payment can be made electronically afterwards.
Do you clean in winter?
7
Yes. We clean throughout the year unless weather conditions become unsafe, such as severe ice, strong winds, or storms.
What payment methods do you accept?
8
We accept bank transfer, card payments, and other electronic payment methods. Payment details are provided after your clean.
